All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on the shipping method, weight, and dimensions of the product(s), and the delivery address. Shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout.

3. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship orders across India.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Our delivery policy offers Standard Delivery time 4-9 working days. Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to factors like product availability and shipping address.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier’s website.

5. Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to high volume of orders, weather conditions, courier issues, or unforeseen events. BS Retail is not liable for such delays but will assist in tracking and resolving delivery concerns.

6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will investigate and work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
